My Story
At just four years old, Shaun's grandparents had one of the very first home computers back in 1985. The word processor was quickly one of his favorite things to play with and before long he was typing out little stories. This continued into Junior High and High School, where he not only typed stories out on the computer, but filled notebook after notebook with ideas, characters, settings, and adventures.
After sending out multiple short stories on submission, he self-published his first book, The Unknown Neighbor, in April of 2013. Reviews were mixed, and many lessons learned.
His second book, Class 5, released in August of the same year. A different style, a different goal, and it was much more successful. As of 2026, it has over 50 ratings on Amazon with an average of 4.1 out of 5 stars.
The novelette Cenote released in late 2014 and began a series of stories based on cryptids, followed by Walkabout, a short posted on his blog in 2015, and Burrows, released in 2021.
The most recent novel, the supernatural creature feature, Hannah, released in 2016.
Several new stories are now in the works, as he writes from Kitsap County, WA. between walking his 60lb Corgi Quill, and playing horror games for inspiration and encouragement.
